（3）RG2 应用案例
在当今越来越多的自动化系统中，人们更多地喜爱选用直线光栅。为获得高产出、高速度、*、高重复性和稳定性，机器的设计者们需要好的运动控制部件。在半导体制造、电子装配、*机器、激光切割、光学检测、印刷线路板测头检测、印刷、扫描和科学仪器中应用RG2，这些只是其采用雷尼绍光栅提高机器性能的几个例子。直线电机直线电机是现代化的运动系统的重要组成部分。无论是用于电子装配、检测机器、扫描或印刷机器，它们都可简化机器的结构，同时提高速度、控制水平和可靠性。RG2 直线光栅是使直线电机实现高速和定位精度的良好位置反馈解决方案。
印刷线路板检测随着印刷线路板的复杂程度、线路密度和价值的不断升高，其整个装配过程都需有快速、可靠的在线错误检测与校正。直线光栅提供的快速、精确与可靠的工作性能使其在自动光学检测系统（AOI）与飞针测试仪中扮演着重要角色。使用点胶和焊剂的表面封装点胶、焊剂或表面封装都需要高产出、高速度、*、高重复性
和可靠性。要达到这样的性能，机器的设计者需要*新的运动控制部件如精密直线导轨及直线电机，而要使其发挥良好性能，则需借助于高速、非接触直线光栅。切片机对这一领域的产量、收益、可靠性和性能指标的需求正呈强劲上升的趋势。为跟上潮流的步伐，切片机制造商需要不断提高其机器的性能。空气轴承、直线电机和陶瓷导轨的新
技术可大幅提高机器的性能，但若没有*的直线光栅，这些设计是不可能实现的。平板印刷（CTP）为简化机器设计和节约成本，一些基于CTP 系统的旋转（鼓式）印刷机的制造商正在重新构思他们的机器并向平板印刷方向改进。不同于旋转型的印刷机，平板印刷机采用高速直线电机驱动扫描头。印刷图象的清晰度是至关重要的，所

（二）RESR 圆光栅
