该机组针对小型鱼粉加工厂设计，投资少，见效快。蒸煮、压榨、烘干于一体。利用导热油作载体，电加热方式，替代蒸汽锅炉。

原料处理量：2吨/8h,

 适用于水产品加工企业，水产下脚料处理处及原料不稳定的小型鱼粉厂使用。
设备参数：蒸煮机φ510×3000  外保温采用不锈钢304，厚度0.7mm；设备内外筒体采用Q235B碳钢材质制作；传动功率：1.5kw（励磁调速。
    烘干机 规格 φ820×3500  功率4kw ; 单轴压榨机  φ245×1200  功率 2.2kw 输送绞笼1台 φ200×4000 功率1.5kw   导热油循环泵1.5kw.
工作原理
处理小型杂鱼工艺，通过蒸煮将物料熟化，熟化物料再经过压榨脱脂，达到脱脂效果，榨饼进入蒸汽干燥机干燥，在搅拌齿的作用下，物料得到充分干燥，进而得到成品。
