FM空气雾化喷嘴主要特性:

1、FIM系列喷枪分为两种喷雾方式，扇形喷雾和圆形喷雾。根据客户的需求可选用不同形状的喷雾方式；

2、FIM微雾喷嘴喷雾量小，平均粒径在50μm以内，粒径120μm。为低气水比、低流量的二流体喷嘴；

FM雾化喷枪的部件

喷枪基本结构包含枪身、喷嘴套装（风帽、喷嘴和枪针，简称三件套）、控制部件和其它附件等（如图二）。为了能达到一个*的喷涂效果，是离不开喷枪的核心部件的。喷枪的喷嘴套装（图三）通常是经过计算机检测和监控下生产的，一些负责任及*的厂家更会对每套喷嘴套装进行手工调校，实操测试后组合成套的。因此，在更换喷嘴套装时，三件套严禁出现随意组合现象，否则，会影响*的涂装效果。

(3)RP低流量中气压雾化方式：RP(Reduced＝降低了的；Pressure＝风帽气压)省漆*系列喷枪有*的雾化技术，它结合了传统喷枪与HVLP喷枪的优点，其风帽空气压力约在1.2-1.3巴之间；涂料传递效率在65％以上，但耗气量比传统喷枪更低(每分钟295升，进气压力2.5巴)，操作上跟传统喷非常接近。
