Function: It issuitable for root pass, hot pass, filling and capping of pipeline welding byGMAW/FCAW-GS/GTAW welding processes. It can also conduct all position weldingof various workpiece if various bands/tracks are installed.
功能：可用于管道根焊、热焊、填充焊和盖面焊，适合GMAW/FCAW-GS/GTAW三种焊接工艺；配置不同轨道也适合其它工件的全位置焊接需求。
Configuration：Welding head, adapter, portablepanel, control cables, suitcase wire spool (optional), welding power source (tobe selected according to specific welding process)
配置：焊接小车、适配器、手持遥控器、控制线缆；箱式丝盘（根据客户需要选配）、焊接电源(根据客户工艺需要选配)
Features：
Chinese/English/Russian language interface.
The system is operated via portable panel to reduce welder’s laborstrength.
It isdesigned with built-in welding expert database, available to call correspondingwelding parameters according to access level.
Parameterscan be called via portable panel to realize smooth transition of weldingparameters of each pass and precise all position welding.
Interfacesof WIFI and QR code scanning gun are reserved, it is capable of providingremote technical services and data transmission in the cloud to realizeconvenient real time quality control.
Automaticarc tracking function is reserved (optional).
Onewelding head is able to complete welding of the whole pipe joint when weldingsmall diameter pipe.
Thesystem is capable of conducting all position welding of pipe of diameter largerthan 168mm and all position welding of workpiece with cambered surface and flatsurface if various bands/tracks are installed.
