精细雾化喷嘴的特点解析：
无需使用压缩空气，利用液压即可形成非常微细的空心锥形雾化喷雾。
分布均匀，压力和流量使用范围广。
雾滴非常细小，形成雾状喷雾效果；
墙上安装型喷嘴可用于外墙、容器或管道；
喷孔嵌体，盘芯及过滤器便于拆卸，以进行检测和清洗。
大多数型号均配备内置的滤网。

小流量空气雾化喷嘴BIM系列：
产生平均粒径100micron以下之“微雾”的二流体扇形喷嘴；
对喷雾液体加0.1-0.3MAa程度之压力的液体加压式，有很广的流量调整范围；
喷雾角度60°。
产生平均粒径30micron以下之微雾的二流体扇形喷嘴，不需要供给液体加压装置之虹吸式。
一般应用：
散步：脱模机、除臭剂、油、表面处理剂、防锈剂、润滑剂、蜂蜜、防虫剂、尿素水、其他；
冷却：模具、气体、钢板、钢片、铸物、车体、涂装物、玻璃板、塑胶、其他。
调湿：纸、废气、陶瓷、混凝土、其他
