雾化喷头行业也称为雾化喷嘴，是一种将液体雾化后喷出雾状的喷嘴，而均匀悬浮于空气中的一种装置。其工作原理是通过内部压力，将内部的液体挤压进入喷嘴中，喷嘴内部放置有一块铁片，高速流动的液体撞击在铁片上，反弹后形成直径15-60微米左右的雾化颗粒，并通过喷嘴出口喷出。因为雾化喷头几乎涵盖了所有工业领域，因此行业标称工业雾化喷头。
