斐卓FeizhuoJ系列雾化喷嘴 设计特点
J系列空气雾化喷嘴特殊的内部结构设计能使液体和气体均匀混合，产生微细液滴尺寸的喷雾或粗液滴喷雾。通常，通过增加气体压力或降低液体压力可得到更加微细（30微米左右）的液滴喷雾，从而导致效高的气体流率与液体率比。

压力式设计特点
对于圆形喷雾流型，在“B”距离内喷雾都能保持喷流角度“A”。在距离“B”范围之外，喷雾变成湍流，并将投射出至距离“D”。
在使用压力传送的液体系统时，液体由压力输送给喷嘴。液体和压缩气体或气体在内部混合，以产生完全雾化的喷雾。
斐卓实心广角喷嘴G-WSQ
G-W、GG-W广角实心锥型喷嘴具有三体结构(喷嘴体/帽盖/叶片)其叶片可以拆卸；此类实心锥形喷嘴适合于安装在集管和分支管上，以便拆卸和检查帽盖与叶片而不必从集管上卸下喷嘴体。
H-WSQ和HH-WSQ广角方形实心锥形喷嘴适合于安装在需要均匀覆盖矩形区域的地方。
1-1/4英寸和更大尺寸的喷嘴是铸件型的，具有可拆卸的叶片。

撞针雾化喷嘴原理:
撞针雾化喷嘴液体从喷嘴口高速射出，与喷嘴出口的圆盘顶针互相碰撞，或者两股流体互相碰撞形成细小液滴，喷出均匀的雾化颗粒，在某些应用中，这种喷嘴甚至替代许多昂贵的采用压缩空气或水蒸气，为第二流体的双流体空气雾化喷嘴。引进美国*的打孔设备，打孔孔径在0.1毫米—0.15毫米之间，在70kg-120kg的压力下，喷嘴形成极细密的雾化。
