1、适用产品类型：ApplicationVT-12B，VT-16B辊轧机是本厂参照国际*同类设备自行研究开发的产品，本机型主要适用于滚轧有无铅锡、锡锌合金、锌铝合金等材料的生产。
We developed VT-12B solder roll machine with reference to the international advanced technology in this field. It’s mainly apply to the rolling of lead-free tin solder wire, tin and zinc alloy solder wire, zinc & aluminum alloy solder wire.
2、机械结构：VT-12B，VT-16B辊轧机主要由放线架、线料校复机构、滚轧机构、收线机构，冷却润滑系统、传动系统、电控部分所组成。
Machine structure: VT-12B roll machine is make up of wire take-up shaft, wire adjusting device, rolling device, pay-off device, cooling & lubricating system, drive system and electric control system.
3、电控: 采用变频调整，可根据所滚轧线径的不同进行无极调速。
Electric control: Controlled by inverter, can change speed according to different wire diameters.
4、完成线径：可根据用户要求来配备轧辊，本设备常规规格为Ф16mm～Ф6.4m，Ф14mm～Ф5.8mm，Ф12mm～Ф5mm, Ф9mm～Ф3.7mm。
Finished wire diameter: Can make per customer’s requirement. Our standard specs are: Ф16mm～Ф6.4m，Ф14mm～Ф5.8mm，Ф12mm～Ф5mm, Ф9.0mm～Ф3.7mm。
5、设备优点：本设备与传统的拉拔设备相比，具有噪音低、耗能低、产量高、后序拉拔不易断线等优点。
Advantages: Compared with the traditional drawing machine, it has the advantage of low noise, low energy consumption, high output, and good tactility for the coming drawing.
1）噪音低：Low noise
传统拉丝机噪音主要是线材抖动撞击模具架及塔轮所产生的，而造成线材料抖动的原因是线材与塔轮有相对滑动，因拉丝机无此滑动将会造成断线，故此缺点无法避免，而辊轧机无线材抖动现象，因此噪音较低。
The noise of the traditional drawing machine comes from the shaking wire clash the dies and roller. This is due to the corresponding slide of the wire and roller. The wire will be easily broken if without this kind of slide. So this is an inevitable disadvantage of the drawing machine. While roll machine can well solved this problem and make lower noise.
2）耗能低：Low Energy consumption
拉丝机拉丝过程中有四种能量损耗：a、线料在塔轮上弯曲变形发热；b、线料在塔轮上滑动磨擦发热；c、线料过模变形发热；d、线料过模磨擦发热。辊轧机辊轧过程只有二种能量损耗：a、线料辊轧变形发热（此能耗不可避免，有变形必有能耗）；b、辊轧磨擦发热，此发热小于拉丝过模磨擦发热，因为辊轧机的磨擦是滚动磨擦，拉丝机的磨擦是滑动磨擦。
There’s four ways of energy consumption for the wire drawing machine: a) Wire getting smaller and smaller and give heat by distortion; b) Wire clash the roller and give heat by attrition; c) Wire pass through the dies and give heat by distortion; d) Wire pass through the dies and give heat by attrition. While roll machine have two ways of energy consumption: a) Wire give heat by rolling distortion (This is not inevitable energy consumption); b) Wire give heat by rolling attrition. This kind of heat giving should smaller than wire pass through dies as the roll machine was rolling attrition while the wire drawing machine is sliding attrition.
3）产量高：High Output
由于上述二种原因，拉丝速度不能过快，与此相比，辊轧机可相对提速；各种规格产量如下：
With the above-mentioned advantages, roll machine have a higher output. The relative specs output list as below:

4）后序拉拔不易断线： Good tactility for the coming drawing
a、辊轧后将使金属结构致密，提高延伸率；b、大线经绕过拉丝塔轮后单边拉伸严重，甚至产生单边裂纹，辊轧机直线进入无此缺陷。
The alloy will get more compact after rolling so it can enhance the tactility. b) Big size wire pass by roller can be easily being one-side drawn; some can even find side cracks. Roll machine adopt straight line in-put will well solve this problem.
6、辊轧机的缺点：Roll machine disadvantage:
虽然辊轧机与拉丝机相比有诸多优点，但也有其不足.因辊轧机是靠两个主动辊轮滚动轧制，无需使用模具，两辊轮之间不可能保证完全无间隙，所以滚轧的线料不可能达到拉丝机拉制线料的圆整光滑，故辊轧机不能完成*终成品线，还需拉丝机加工完成。
Though roll machine compared with traditional wire drawing machine has many advantages, but it also has it’s own shortage. As the two roller can not be perfect match each other, so the wire brightness & roundness comes out from the roller can not be that good as wire drawing machine. So the final product has to be finished by the wiredrawing machine.
